Payment Policies:
Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Personal Check, Money Orders/Cashiers Checks or Payment Terms (if your account qualifies). Please note that some items may have more stringent payment methods. Please check item description for specific details.

Unconfirmed and unverified payments from PayPal will be refunded and transaction voided unless buyer provides confirmation of identity. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To mail your payment, please send payment made payable to Bundle City, Inc. to the following address: Arrowmounts, C/O Bundle City, Inc., 747 Crocker Street, Los Angeles, CA 90021 United States. Checks will need to be cleared before items are shipped.

Fees & Sales Tax:
A sales tax of 8.25% will be charged for items shipped to California unless your account is tax exempt by providing us with valid resale number and proof of business identity.

Shipping:
Shipments will be made to the United States and Canada using:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • LTL Trucking
  • Container Trucking

We ship items every business day. Shipment will occur as soon as possible, usually within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received and processed.

General Return Policy Summary:
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Arrowmounts or our parent company, BundleCity, Inc., within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. To receive a refund or exchange of an item, the buyer must first contact Arrowmounts to obtain a Return Authorization. Items must be shipped within 48 hours of receiving a Return Authorization.

For eligible non-defective items showing obvious signs of use, store credit or exchange may be issued if returned within 14 days of delivery (a 15% restocking fee will apply).

In addition to the Return Policy outlined here, be sure to review Product Specific return policies outlined in the “Products Description” section of each product listed for sale. Some products may have more stringent return policies.

Please inspect products immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage or shortage the same day of delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase beyond damage or shortage, you may return it for a refund or credit within 14 days as follows:

  • Product must be in original condition.
  • Product must be in original product packaging, uncut, unmodified and unused.
  • Product must be returned within 14 days of delivery date through a "traceable means" (e.g. certified mail, UPS or FEDEX)
  • All components and manuals must be returned.
  • A credit or refund will be issued for returned products, minus delivery charges.
  • Items not in compliance with this return policy will be returned back to you at your expense.

Packing & Sending Your Return Instructions:
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

  • Contact us and obtain a Return Authorization.
  • Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) and a copy of your Return Authorization securely in a box. If you do not have the packing slip, please contact us for further instructions.
  • Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box using the following address:

  • Ship the item within 48 hours of receiving the Return Authorization.

Items that are Not Returnable:
Arrowmounts.com does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
  • Gift certificates.

Orders Returned After 14 Days:
Arrowmounts.com will not issue any refunds or exchanges for products returned after 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges:
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to request a Return Authorization. All exchanges must be made within 14 days of the delivery date of the item. If you would like to exchange an eligible item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price minus delivery charges once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase.
